May 2012: New layout and engine

Yet again experimenting with a new web-page engine. This time I put together a very simple solution utilising Smarty and PHP Markdown. PHP Markdown allows me to write all content using Markdown. The purpose is to allow myself to concentrate on writing, instead of maintaing the page.
